If I could rate this a zero I would!! the employees are so rude and answer saying “what do you want?” Or nothing at all. For the last three times I’ve went I’ve found hair in my sandwich! They take forever when there is no line. If your wanting to go to subway there is a Walmart with a subway inside right beside this one that is so much better. When we had first walked in the worker making our sandwiches did not have gloves on but once they seen us and then went to put gloves on, and the overall customer service was not good, they didn’t greet us when we walked in and barely said anything the whole time it was very awkward. They didn’t put cheese on my subs and I went back and when I told them they opened the subs at the window and went thru my sandwiches with no gloves on… right at the window…argued that the mayonnaise on my sandwich was cheese, called me a liar and told me they would not remake my sandwiches or give me my money back and slammed the doors in my face. I then sat in the drive thru and called the police, while I was on the phone with the police the worker threw my money out the window. I won’t ever go back. I’ll go inside Walmart instead. We ordered on the app and the employees said they already gave our food away when we went to pick it up. Couldn't tell us the name on the order until we gave them my name. Couldnt describe the person other than to say it was a man until we gave them a description of a random made up man. Then they confirm it was this made up person that they gave the order to. When I asked why the order wasn't marked as complete they claimed they can't mark orders as complete. When they continued to talk over me I raised my voice then the woman that was working there started yelling at me. They refused to give us a phone number to make a complaint. We had to go to the Walmart subway and reorder food. They were amazing and gave us the number of the area manager to file a complaint. And tomorrow I'm filing a fraud charge with the bank. We arrived near 1:00 on a Saturday and there was one vehicle in the Drive-Thru. We stayed there for about 5 minutes before we went inside because no one answered at the speaker. When we went inside, not one of the four employees so much as said hello or anything else. There were no customers inside the store . After a couple of minutes of standing there, and the employee came up and stood and stared at me. I decided to place my order to the employee who was staring at me who had still not greeted me. I placed my entire order and then was given the amount due at the register. That is the only time the employee spoke. After getting my food and going back out to my car I realized that the bag of chips I had picked up had a big split in the side. I took that back inside and a different employee greeted me and apologized for the chips. The vegetables or mostly brown and the guacamole had a dark dry film over it. I would definitely not recommend this location and if it was the only interaction I had ever had with Subway I would never go back in a Subway again.
