It's Starbucks. Everything people have complained about is a result of starbucks' training and intentional union busting tactic of constant staffing shortages. Expecting anything other than slave coffee when you go to slave coffee store is silly. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Unfortunately, this used to be my go to Starbucks. I would drive out of my way to go here. In the last 6 months they have become mediocre. After today’s visit I will not be returning. My $8+ drink is so watery and missing every single flavor. Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, 5 shots, 8 pumps. It was a waste of time, gas and money. I tried to give them another chance, but I’ll have to pass on them from now on. And the customer service today wasn’t friendly. I felt like I was bothering them. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Had a whole line of cars waiting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to find out that the place was closed. No one at the speaker, though it was still lit up. Pulled up to the window to have a blond girl give me a stupid glance. What the hell?
