I love there hot chocolate and the cake pops. I think if you want a cake pop, get the cookies and cream.Trust me, you will love it. And it was clean and they are fast. And they do there job well, I say to come here, it's so good. And if you have not gone here and if you need to go to the restroom there is a pin so ask them for the pin and because am telling you the pin because they might change so yeah, so come here it's good. And the hot chocolate tastes like water because it has water and just shake it, but if you don't want water then ask for milk they make it to. I enjoyed the relaxing setting for playing my card games with my buddy. I liked that the barista warmed up my brownie for me. She also signed "thank you" to me because she knew I was deaf, which made my day! Keep learning ASL if you do see this! I ordered a crunch frappe with brownies. Both were delicious! very rude worker at the window complaining that she’s not getting tips from anyone even though she was rude? all i got was a cake pop and a small drink so i didn’t see the need to tip if all she did was put something in a bag and she wasn’t even nice to begin with. then began to have an attitude and say i should be tipping her at least $5?? plus they get decent pay hourly. I originally gave this location 5 stars, but the last 4-5 visits have left me feeling “some type of way.” Today, I noticed that I received a smaller, non-marked cup, for my venti cup. After I pulled yesterday’s cup out of the trash and stood it next to today’s I called the store and the shift leader tried to “piss on my leg and tell me it’s raining.” Today was my last visit—even though it’s less than a 5 minute walk from my front door.
