Ordered online, waited forever to pick up, then they tell us they think someone picked up our order by mistake, then they find one of our drinks, waited 15 min for a plain blonde coffee after that which was not even hot. I am another barista at another Starbucks and not all baristas are as nice as this one barista here especially at 5:30 in the morning right after you open AND down a person. This lovely person was obviously trying to get her shift right but still made time to greet us and make conversation. She is super nice and I aspire to be such an amazing barista like her. I, unfortunately, did not get her name but she is a black girl, with two toned natural hair and holds herself in the most confident way, you are super amazing and thank you and if all the baristas at this store are like her then this has to be an amazing store. I think most starbucks stores are too focused on their mobile orders and drive thru service. In store I waited 20 minutes for a Cafe Mocha....ridiculous! Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

They very slow making my drinks and the sever came to the two time to tell me that he was sorry that it's taking a long time on my drinks so I ask for my money back. It’s Starbucks & a very busy inter section . With that said , it’s always busy . Which is why i don’t think they put much effort into their appearance or customer service . Place is usually messy . Lines are long . Several times bathrooms were messy . When I go to a cafe I expect cozy and comfort with a twist of sophistication . That did not happen here.But will I go back ? This place is a disaster. It was very dirty. The employees are extremely rude. They ignored us at the register for about 3-4 minutes and made Leah come take our order. She was nice. Everyone else should be let go. I know they probably wouldn’t care. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff is rude and give you attitude. Messed up my first order in the drive thru went inside (to an almost empty starbucks) to get it fixed, and had to wait a good 5 minutes for one drink to be remade. Second frappocino came out watery. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Been here several times, even when it’s busy they’re usually relatively quick, but sometimes it does take a bit which is completely understandable due to how long the line can get. I just have to say Melanie is AWESOME! She’s super kind, friendly, and helpful! You’re lucky if she’s the one serving you! Edit: Kaela is awesome too!! It's a large and beautiful coffeeshop. The baristas are attentive and helpful. It's busy in the daytime but the customers are gone well before closing.
