Always order the same drink and been coming here almost daily since it opened. Today, charged for a venti and received a venti cup that was 1/3 empty. Have NEVER received one like that from this location. Have NEVER had a barista argue when asked if they could add more oat milk. I paid for a venti not a grande in a venti cup. It is not cool to literally catch an attitude and argue with a regular customer instead of fixing the error. Also caught an attitude with the person working with her. Very disappointed. Have never experienced a bad attitude to that degree from anyone here or another location PERIOD, EVER. So yeah, it was bad enough to make this post. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
