Folks were way to accepting of exceedingly slow service. With 4 people on duty, there was no sense of urgency, 1 on drive thru, one barista, two goofing off. Slowest service I've seen at a Starbucks in 15 years. The manager needs to get it together and train their team on customer service and working together. Two are doing nothing related to making and serving coffee, none have any sense of urgency and are just going through the motions. Over 10 minutes passed as the only pending order in the dining room. Drive thru was busy, and the lady at the windows was extremely rude and acted like she had better things to do than to serve customers! If you don't like your job then you should not work there! Food: 4 Service: 1

Very bad experience for me. I ordered coffee online and was told to wait a few minutes I waited almost 10 minutes nothing they said then I went inside and told her where is my order the lady just saw her computer and said oh ya here is the order.so my question why we order online.
