I was so excited when they opened up, and they had a drive-through! I've gotten to know the staff that have been there since day one and they are super nice and very hard working. Now, as for the staff that come and go and upper management, they aren't so great. The days when I have to interact with new staff, I just take it in stride. I would say 95% of the time, my order is correct. The inside is always clean and I am sure it can be good for big groups. I have yet to get coffee and hang out inside, mostly because I'm usually on my way to work.
