We waited at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged with 4 people working. Then waited another 25 minutes before the Barista to ask us why we were still waiting and that she forgot to make my daughter's drink. Drinks were good once we recieved them. Plenty of staff with no orders being prepared and they were waiting at the window for a friend to come around so they could chat for a while before preparing our 2 small drinks.
