Never really understood the Starbucks hype but in a pinch it's usually decent enough. Not this one. It started off with terrible service, with two employees standing at the register talking to each other and completely ignoring me and then when they finally turn barely even acknowledged me. Just got a regular coffee like I usually do and man, that was probably the worst cup of coffee I've ever had. Couldn't get past a few sips. I purchased 2 coffees, and they both were only half full. I paid $6 dollars for half a cup of venti coffee and $4 dollars for a half cup of tall coffee. They aren’t even busy and I had to wait 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the register. Then wait another 15 minutes for my food. It’s ridiculous. Horrible service. Returned full drink due to issue asked for it to be remade and waited over 35 minutes watching a cup with my name sit on the counter. I have now waited over 30 minutes for 1 drink with no sense of urgenc, leaving with no coffe and no refund Service: 1
