This starbucks needs to get better about asking people if they have a rewards to scan the QR code, or paying attention when we have the code out to scan. Its an inconvenience to call the starbucks hotline and jump through the hoops, plus you have to google the customer service number, its not on the app…. Karen that works here is so rude. Opened the window and said “here’s one”, handed us a portion of our order. She came back gave us the rest “here’s two” and shut the window. No greeting and goodbye comment. Just be kind to people! Go home is you’re in a cranky mood and don’t ruin other people’s moods. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
