I'm a regular customer to this location, great coffee always feels fresh. But today morning I had some uncomfortable experience with the drive thru worker (young lady), it was a simple request for 1 RAW Sugar and she started giving me some attitude. I don't know what is her problem but she tried to affect my mood:) I think staff need some training. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Worst Starbucks service ever. Ran by a group of rude teens who make you regret the quickest trip for your fave coffee cup. It happened 6 times over the last 6 years and today was the star of their laziness and ignorance. I order a iced decaf coffee and I get white fluid, translucent- I ask what is this and I’m being told “you wanted coffee with no coffee”. This is when I decided I finally need to review this place to get some normal people working there. The manager is apologetic does us the impossible, but the line that is always 30 min to serve 4 cars is really a fail each time.
