This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This is the one located in Star Market. The girl there couldn’t figure out how to scan the Starbucks app so I could NOT get my points. She said the scanner “didn’t work”, but I don’t think she knew what she was doing since I’ve never had this problem anywhere else. I was craving a small treat, but the cake pops I was thinking about getting had flys walking around on them so I did not order any. I only got a refresher drink that seemed sweeter than usual. This review is for the "supposed" Starbucks inside the Chestnut Hill Star MKT. Do yourself a favor, go up the street to the full Starbucks inside the Wegmans plaza. This one is a Star Mkt "Starbucks" staffed by indifferent and least caring Star MKT employees, not Starbucks baristas and the level of service and final product shows..

I spilled my coffee everywhere as soon as I left the store and they honored making me new one. Might not be particular to this store but the girl was so nice about it.
