The girl at the front counter with gauged ears is absolutely the rudest girl . For no reason at all watched a girl that was so sweet get belittled basically for her drink then wanted her money back and I do not blame her. That worker has a serious problem she was rude to me the last time I went there also the other day . News flash girlfriend being the rudest girl ever won't get you anywhere but fired . You have no reason at all to be the mean to people that have done nothing to you . I'm assuming you enjoy ruining people's day . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This store is completely unreliable. The aren't open when posted online that they are and this has been a regular occurrence at this store. They also have extremely limited hours. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great service. Nice sitting area. Bathrooms always clean. As a Starbucks... room to improve but they have come along way in the last 11 months. Edit, 2/24. Seems like it is always closed and that when they are open, the staff seem taken back by customers. No wonder coffee shops are opening up all over town, it's easy now to compete against this Starbucks. sad day Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I have officially given up on even bothering checking to see when this location is open anymore. Not just the earlier and earlier closing times, but far too often the place will be closed for the day just out of the blue. And with the reduced hours, when they are open, the line is even more annoyingly long and slow most of the early afternoon; forget about during lunch time. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
