I don't typically go here, I have my favorite local coffee house, but I was with a friend, and he treated me to a hot vanilla Chai on a cold, snowy morning. I'm an Americano girl, black. Always go here but in the last month the quality has gone way down. Ordered same drinks we always get had to turn them back. One had zero coffee in it and tasted like watered down milk, was supposed to be a Carmel macchiato. The other drink was supposed to be a white mocha but they made a regular mocha. The remakes were sadly worse than the first. Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Hi, Id like a pile of sugar in my drink. Its bad enough they have to cover up low quality imported beans. But they do so with fluff, dyes and sugar. GROSS. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
