Awful experience. Ordered online and pulled up to speaker, employee said he couldn't hear me and stated he did not have my online order. 🙃 I ordered and paid and tipped 1 dollar. Only for him to go on to tell that he's hard of hearing? I said well maybe someone else should wear the headset that can hear? He pulled his mask 😷 down to tell me we are inclusive? Then the manager came, I had to ask her for a refund because neither would give me the coffee and pup cup? Never again ! I don't need extra drama just trying to get a coffee?? Called 2 days beforehand to have an order ready for pickup on Christmas Eve so that I could get to my workplace by 6:00am. FYI: My workplace was having a staff potluck and i thought it'd be a great idea to get a traveler of the Starbucks light roast (Blonde) for the morning crew. The first barista told me that this location would be open at 5am on Christmas Eve and that I could call at 5:30am that morning to have the order ready by 5:45am. She then took my name and number so that I could be written in their appointment book. The next morning, I checked online to see what their holiday schedule was and noticed that they were opening at 6am instead of 5am so to confirm my order, I called again and the barista that time said that they'd be open at 6am indeed. I immediately informed her that I arranged to pick up my order at 5:45am so that I could be at work by 6am and asked if I could pick it up at 5:55am instead, since they were opening at 6 instead of 5. She said sure and even confirmed that my name was in the appointment book with the original notes. She promised that she'd update the notes saying that I'd arrive at 5:55am and that I didn't need to call but the order would be ready for me when I got there. The morning comes for me to pick up my order and I arrived at 5:55am, as promised. The staff was inside and even acknowledged me from behind the counter but instead of actually coming to the door, one female barista gave hand signals that looked like she meant they were opening at 6. I gave hand signals back meaning that I had an order to pick up and wouldn't stop. She eventually came to the door (obviously irritated) and upon opening the door, she said (without a smile), "we don't open until 6". I responded, "I'm fully aware but I have an order to pick up and your staff said that I could do so at 5:55". She cut me off and said "but I can't let you in until 6" and immediately slammed the door, locking it behind her and turning away (as if I was being inconsiderate). That's definitely NOT good customer service. I wouldn't have come up there early if I wasn't told by staff that I could. The note was made incorrectly by the staff, not by me being inconsiderate. At 6 on the dot, the store opened and instead of the same female coming to the door, she sent another barista to open. Go figure. My order, the traveler, was ready but when asked if I would leave a tip, I declined. There was plenty of sweeteners but the stirrers and cup lids were not included and the coffee type wasn't labeled nor was it confirmed that it was indeed the Blonde roast. I guess I just had to assume it was what I ordered. They didn't even ask who I was! It was very weird. There were other customers with me or I would've expressed my disappointment with the transaction. I don't know what crawled up that girl's leg on Christmas Eve but I wasn't impressed with the customer service that she displayed at all. Slamming the door in a paying customer's face is terrible, especially one that frequents that location. I sure hope her day got better. Because of this experience, I won't be arranging to have orders picked up from this location any time soon and I won't recommend anyone to try and call ahead either. Stood in line took order, but they forgot me as people came in after me, and they got their order. So I finally said something, and they apologized. Later, as I was leaving and tasted my order it was not done right. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
