I’ve visited Square One for brunch, lunch, & dinner. Had top-notch experiences every time! Notable menu items are the oysters, scallops, and shrimp & grits. 10/10 flavor and presentation. Came in at 7:48 Promptly seated Never had waiter or waitress check on us . Waited on the 3 tables around us by 3 different people. Finally at 8:10 we left. Spoke to host/ Manager seemed to have no care in the world. Seems as though ownership has changed not 100% Always enjoyed this place all other times. They will get one more chance Actually found out ownership changed. It is now owned by same people or group that owns fully loaded. Makes sense why service is poor.

My Moroccan wife loved the Oysters. Happy wife, happy life! The Expresso Martinis were fine! The 99cent Oysters were a deal, but still ended up spending over 100 dollars. Definitely not worth the money. I believe it is under new ownership now. Management was sitting at bar drinking miller light the whole time we were there. Cooks made something that made a lot of people’s eyes burn like crazy. Not a good experience under the new people. Probably will not return.
