Perfect. I visited Fryeburg for work, and found this store. Loved everything about it. The people that worked at the store, at my time of visit, were totally awesome. Thank you to the owners. Thank you for the fresh Spearmint from your garden that made my days that much better and my tea tasting great. Thank you for inviting me to watch your band play. You guys totally rock. It was an awesome experience in Fryeburg. Spice and Grain made it that much better. Thank you.

I met 2 local women at McSherry’s; asked where to eat in Fryeburg. S&G was 1. I said I've been there, very nice but wish owner would encourage smiling 😃 😊! I'm a dentist and love seeing teeth. BOTH women agreed 👍

We were staying in Fryeburg for an Airstream Rally and found Spice & Grain had some tasty vegan options. Also, some wonderful artisan bread made by a local bakery was delicious. Staff was very helpful & super friendly.

Was driving by on my way to VT and this was a lovely surprise! Small but a nice variety of organic food, local brands, bulk foods, and sustainable finds. Yummy breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Glad I stumbled upon it!
