Breakfast served all day! Breakfast toaster sandwich and tots were hot and fresh! Great, finally a fast food place that I didn't get slightly warm food. Will be back when in the area for some great breakfast! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

2024-01-13 - 1 Stars Ordered 2 quarter pound cheeseburgers And one large fry The quarter pound cheeseburgers, nothing like the advertised at all in the fries were cold and not even sure it was a large. Large fries were 3.49 and if the what I received was large way overpriced. Service with drive-through only so somebody missed out on a very good tip service at the drive-through slow from the time we gave them our money and got the change back. It was another nine minutes before the food was at the window. I ordered a sonic blast ,the turtle one for 6.00. all I got was vanilla ice cream. I called spoke to management. They said without a receipt. Nothing. They did not give me a receipt. They have lost my business,and anyone I speak to as well. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Double checked times on Google and it says you guys are open until 11pm. Yet no one is taking any orders at 10pm exactly??? I waited over 10 minutes. Went to Taco Bell and gave them my money instead and was on my way home when I looked over and someone was at the pick up window. Do you guys just pick and choose if and when someone gets your service? Do better. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place to go. Besides one time I went right before they were gonna close, waited in line for like a hour and they started taking my order then said sorry we're closed after taking half my order. I asked for no Mayo and to add honey mustard to my chicken sandwich, they gave me so much Mayo and no one answered when I pushed the button, I had to walk up there, and flag someone down to get their attention, it took them 45 minutes to correct it. I understand they got busy but it wasn’t slammed at least answer the call and give me a time estimate. The drinks were good though

My first time. My in-laws and had dropped my fiance off to an eye doctor appointment. Me and my mother in law, went over to JcPenney's for a bit. When we got done, my mother in law was starving, I told my father in law, there was a Sonic down the street and how to get there. Ordered an Oreo Cookie Blast. Was really good. Everything my in-laws ordered, a coney dog, fries, a Coke and a bacon cheese burger, were delicious. My father in law, forgot to order a Coke when he placed our order, when we got to the pick up window, he apologized and told the clerk to add a Coke onto our order. The young clerk, did not charge us for the Coke. Great service. Will be back again.

Absolutely love this Sonic. Been going here for 6 months weekly and I’m pretty much almost satisfied. Have to shout out Claire here as the employee who does the most, she represents this location well, always being fast, kind, and responsive, making the experience a lot better. Only complaint I would have is that occasionally the ice cream comes out melted but that’s minor enough to keep me coming back every week. The guy taking the order was very short and impatient. He did not give you a chance to speak before cutting you off. The girl at the window was really nice (she had braces and beautiful curly hair). We paid $42 and waited almost 30 minutes for the food to be COMPLETE TRASH. The fries and tots were cold and old tasting (I didn't even order tots they missed a frie but we waited so long we didn't feel like going through the line or getting out) the BBQ chicken was TERRIBLE... hard, old, and cold. My husband was ok with his burger, but all of our lemonades taste sour and weird. I'm so completely disappointed, and it's not like I stay around the corner to go back and get a refund. UPDATE: So it's been a year since the last hot mess with the dry burnt burger... thanks for the offer to make it right but I thought time would weed out bad staff with no quality control, NOPE. I just left with decent tots but the churro's are sitting in my garbage can along with the rest of my trash. As pictured they're burnt, hard and dry... this must be a joke, right? Time won't change my thoughts on this place. I remember when they use to be CONSISTENTLY GOOD. Shame on me for being fooled twice, I'm done! Thought I'd pick up a nice burger after a long hard day at work and this is what I get....a semi burned cheeseburger with semi burned bun and dry patties and hard dry with hardly any toppings. My daughter stopped going to this particular location a year ago for same reasons...the quality is iffy and it should be on point more often than not. Disappointing and a waste of money since I could only eat the tots 😫😫
