Gave me diet coke instead of coke zero. And they forgot my ranch! Ranch can take fries from so so yo amazing. I was bummed. And there was only one car behind me. Not very busy at that time. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 3

On friday November 17th at 12:09. The lady over the intercom was very rude, she sighed and went “God” and had an attitude towards us the entire time we were ordering. They forgot our mozzarella sticks so we called back, the person on the phone was the same person who took our order she was rude and very pushy. She asked me for a code on my receipt and I said “one second let me look” she came back getting mad at me saying a need a code when I already told her I would get it for her. She was none stop rude and wouldn’t barley even let me speak. I have never had an employee anywhere be so rude to me! Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The most sassy drive thru worker I have ever met. She groaned at as multiple times while placing our order. She got mad at us for saying we wanted a crispy chicken sandwich instead of the full name of the sandwich. The hospitality was overall terrible and unfair. We should be able to get food without having a long wait and immediate attitude. I saw my server chewing her nails too. I came here Thursday the 19th at 12:13, the workers name was Rachel. The drive thru lady (Rachel) was very rude and gave serious attitude when ordering. She made us repeat things we already said and she was very snappy as soon as she started taking our order for no reason. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The manager was very rude and i was charged outrageous amounts for what i ordered when they were listed for 2.99 then when i got what i asked it was completely wrong after the fact they kept assuring me that they knew how to make what i was asking for. I didn't see the other reviews before eating here. We have never been to a Sonic. The order taker was nice. Mason was super nice. Awesome fast delivery. Fresh tasting. hot food. Damn good!! I’ll start with the positive.. the lady who took our order was very kind and the carhop was kind as well. Only reason I would even give a one star.. Ordered cheese fries tonight, and what I got I could have honestly just made at home. Most cheese fries have a type of cheese sauce drizzled on top, but mine literally had sliced cheese that wasn’t even completely melted. Figured since it was close to closing time, I would just let it go… get home to eat only to find hair mixed in with the stale “cheese sliced” fries. I decided to (try to) use the bathroom before ordering. Walked in, walked right back out. Someone threw up all over the floor and the toilet was not flushed. Grabbed my husband and had him go to the men’s room with the toddler… not as disgusting but still gross. And to think the employees use the same restroom. I will never order here again. Chili cheese tots were great. Classic Coke just the way it should be Cold and fizzy The hamburger on the other side was not! I ordered a double meat double bacon . The bacon was good but the double meat not a drop juice/moisture Nada -0. They were obviously cooked beyond point.Crispy dry. This is a fast food place people depend on a good hamburger if they don't find it here they will find it somewhere else. I will come back next week and see if it has changed for the best and i will edit the review to a 5 dtar

Food was AMAZING!!! But the carhop asked to keep All my change. Bill was $9.88 I gave her a $20 bill. Ask her why, was it for a local Food drive, cancer fund or covid related? She said no, very angrily, and said since she was so cute that she felt that she "deserved" that big of a tip. UGH!!! Self entitled kids these days! I told her she I wanted my change she worked same as me & to spend her money wisely. And to ask her clients while she was working the street corner for tips.NOT ME! I won't go back here.
