Food is OK. Food not as good as it was, even a year ago. Tea brand was changed. It is terrible. After I have gotten home, orders have been wrong several times lately. This never happened until last 4 mos or so. Order on line is turned off a good bit, because staff cannot stay close to keeping up. The wait time at this location is always 30+minutes. And when the food arrives, it’s always cold. The food was extremely cold today and very old tasting as well. They also ignore the phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered Strawberry real fruit icecream slushie which we've ordered many times in the past from several Sonic chains. Received a slushie with chunks of strawberry only. The team seemed confused as what it was and how to make it. Also ordered a cheesecake shake and upon sampling it after we left had a distinct flavor coming from the bottom of the straw of rancid milk. Returns the item and warned the young hop of a possible problem but dis not request a replacement or money return. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
