To order nicely cooked double cheeseburgers, blt and bacon is a really nice idea. Clients don't highly appreciate ice cream and milkshakes at this fast food. The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. In spite of the popularity among visitors, the weak point of Sonic Drive-In is its good service. Tasty food at democratic prices are provided here. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is cozy. But most people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

We weren’t able to order from the app for this location. So we weren’t able to save the happy hour promotion. They were also out of the chocolate chunks and not able to make the chocolate covered strawberry shake. Other than those two things it was a pleasant experience.

Worst burgers I have had in a very long time. Overcooked, burnt, three small blackened half inch "slices" of bacon and every one of the four burgers was made wrong. Not a single burger made either well or even correct. The worst Sonic I have ever been to in my life. Service Take out

Asked for the pork barbecue cheeseburger and clarified multiple times that it was the correct item (because there’s just a barbecue sandwich) Even changed from the wrong one to the right one on the payment screen and got charged more as I expected. I'm sure the young folks working at this particular Sonic were just very busy during a dinner rush and made honest mistakes, it was just so many consecutively that I can't help but leave a poor review. On my hickory smoked BBQ burger there was no BBQ sauce. My wife asked for diet Dr. Pepper and got regular Dr. Pepper. They forgot our mozzarella sticks. We asked for the side again, along with some BBQ sauce and ranch. When they brought out the mozzarella sticks they forgot the BBQ sauce again, as well as the marinara sauce. Having someone double check orders going out real quick before sending them could help alleviate the number of errors. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I love Sonic, it's pretty much the only fast food restaurant I eat at, but the Christiansburg location is an embarrassment to the company. In my rush to get home, I forgot to check to make sure that my order was correct (checking is a must at Christiansburg). I was not surprised when it was wrong. Not only did I get a single burger instead of the double I paid for, but it also wasn't made properly. I didn't even modify my burger. I understand that things happen, I've worked in food service myself for over a decade, but the amount this place gets things wrong one way or another is absurd. Nearly every time I've ordered from here I've been disappointed, but I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. No more chances; I will never make the mistake of coming to this store again.
