The person taking out order couldn't seem to hear us very well. Not too big of a problem. The biggest problem is within an hour I got sick to my stomach and still am a couple hours later. Didn’t get to order pulled up no one greeted me, screen was spinning no sign saying they are closed or anything pulled around to speak with someone in the drive through car is there and lady in window hanging out carrying on a full conversation. Waited several minutes while I finished my phone call. Still waiting no one even acknowledges me, they are still talking. I back out and leave….. terrible service….. huge disappointment! Management is horrible. The wait times are astronomical in reference for a fast food place. Either the franchise needs to sell or the manager who doesn’t hire enough staff/schedule enough staff needs to be terminated. Last time I use this location on Davis near Smithfield Service: 1

I'm sitting at Sonic on Davis near Smithfield Elementary. Here why you should go elsewhere: 1. Sat in drive thru for 8-10 minute a and no one answeres 2. Pulled into stall for order instead. Buzzed three times to get an answer. 3. Paid and have sat here for 35 minutes…and the food was lukewarm 4. I watched six vehicles leave the drive thru because of the wait. 5. And lastly, I've heard four people cussing at the service person about the wait, and she never apologized once. Whoever owns this place: MAN! You're losing so many customers. This location is awful!
