This place needs a new Manager/Employees. It’s call sonic or a reason. I’ve been employed at sonic and I know how it works when you have a Trainee and this trip only had three people working. I waited over 30 minutes for a mobile order that I ordered ahead of time. I parked in my spot waited 20 minutes push. The red button got ignored push the button again got ignored again. Went through drive-through. The person in front of me. Was waiting there for at least five minutes. Finally got asked what they wanted. Got my shakes at the window and they were done horribly. They weren’t Mixed strawberry shakes, look like a vanilla shake.

Definitely not fast food. We went for lunch thinking it would be relatively quick. We pulled into a space, placed our order (2 combo meals with drinks, nothing complicated) and waited 25-30 minutes for it to come out. The food wasn’t worth the wait. There were only 2 cars in the drive-thru I said, prefect! Why did it still take 20 minutes for a hotdog with mustard onions chill sauce, ocean water, and tator tots? Then it tasted bad the hotdog was over cooked and they dumped so much suace little chilli that it was soggy. The tots tasted Luke warm and old. Even the ocean water drink tasted weak. Customer service was awful! My order was missing a whole combo. I informed them politely of the missing order. Even though the receipt clearly stated 2 combos for $26. She yells I don't know what you want that is what you ordered. Then walks away from the window. That was the manager. She sends another cashier to inform me she will refund the money instead of just giving me the food I already paid for on the app. The money still has not been refunded. The young cashier Damon tried his best to fix things. Sad when the teenager had better customer service skills than the adult. The service was terrible. She was very rude and disrespectful. And once we already paid for our food she tells us that they don't have any of what we had ordered. I don't think I will be able to go back there any time soon. And not to mention that what they replaced our order for was cold as ice. So needless to say that neither of us were able to eat. We wasted the money we had to get lunch at Sonic and the fact that we were not able to even eat any lunch. That still has me pretty angry. Food was fine. Had a burger, tots and a sprite. The ice in my drink however was a bit much. The drive through window is a bit confusing to figure out because there is a paper “no Apple Pay” taped to the front of the speaker where you order. I first thought the speaker was out of order until I drive around a second time. The park and order windows were terribly slow but I think they only had two people working which is understandable but still unfortunate. An otherwise unremarkable, average experience. We drove 2hrs to come here. We normally love going to a sonic. This one was horrible. Messed up most of the order 1st. 2nd we didnt get parts of the order. Food was old and nasty. Look at the hotdog in the pic. Was probably a few hrs old by color. Never to return to this location. 30 plus dollars we threw it away and went too checkers next door for a much better experience. We parked at the stall and activated the red button. We waited for 10 minutes and nothing happened. So we looped around to the drive through hoping to get some food faster that way. We stayed in the drive thru lane for about 35-40 minutes. At the window, I asked the staff why it took so long, he said really? Nothing he knows off. So this is their normal speed. One guy pulled over beside the drive thru lane and yelled that he was parking in the stall for 20 minutes but no one took his orders. So this sonic is the slowest I have ever seen. Worst Sonic I have ever visited. That is dirty oil in the bag of onion rings. When was the last time they changed it? Seeing the onion rings themselves was bad enough, but dirty oil in the bag too... Disgusting. The picture of the burger says everything. I was refunded for sure.
