My husband and I stopped here for some of my pregnancy cravings during our babymoon in February and we were treated so kindly by warm people to delicious baked goods and coffee. The cafe itself is elegantly decorated with vintage treasures and it is such a welcoming environment. Cozy atmosphere, kind staff and yummy pastries. We had the Cinnabuns and ham and cheese ciabatta, and oh it was delicious! We were just passing by the city but know that we want to come back to Setermoen just to eat here again :) Thank you for giving us a lovely pause in a long road-trip! Lovely vintage cafe run by lovely people in a setting with lots of pretty 60's and 70's furniture. We drove 1,5 hour to be just in time before closure to get ourselves the last two cardamom buns served that day. Phew. Tried their vanilla cream version of a cinnamon bun as well. Both were amazing and well worth the trip. Had some oat milk based cacao with it. Sweet. Highlight in this area. Service Dine in Meal type Other

Well worth the trip! Very good cardamom buns in a vintage atmosphere - looks even better in real life. I felt like I was in a brocante, love it. Such a shame though that they’re only opened 3 days a week and close at 14:00! They do have plant-based milk, but no decaf coffee. So I had a nice cacao to accompany the bun. This is a fun quaint coffee shop with a uniqueness that invites you back. The coffee is great and you can pick from a variety of grounds and coffee makers inside. Primary French press and pour overs, they do have some stove heated percolators. The owner is very friendly and the inside of the shop is inviting and very comfortable. Great place to sit on a snowy day.

Cozy place with one of the best coffee in the area. Try the waffle with brown cheese and marmelade , 5* !!!!!

The cutest and most charming cafe between Tromso and Lofoten. Mona is absolutely delightful and serves up sensational kanelbulle, great espresso and lovely focaccia for a light lunch. Only open certain days of the week, but so charming. One half of the cafe while the other half is second hand treasures. I love this place.
