Friend suggested it to celebrate her birthday, my 1st time there. Although had to wait despite reservations because there was a large private party, it was well worth it. Refreshingly delightful service by a young man whose smile glowed, clearly enjoyed and was proud to work there. Simple but scrmptious menu selections, they stick to not trying to do " everything" but do what they do with beautiful presentation, highest quality ingredients and delectably cooked to perfection. We started with calamari and cups of fish soup. Delish. The soup a creamy bisque with flecks of fish and lovely bouquet of just right balanced herbs was so satisfying, almost didn't need to proceed. But glad we did, the "Sparkling Salmon" and "fitness special" ( rotating healthy choices that still tastes decadent) were moist and the glaze perfect and the citrus tones multi layered. Thoroughly satisfying and followed by a beautifully presented decorated Birthday Creme Brulee , we were well feted. The price point well worth it for food quality. Add to that the beautiful ambuence with the classic N California feel, open hearth fireplaces bank both sides of restaurant and glass dividers separate and tamp bustling noise of large groups but keep an open feeling. First time dining at Sienna - Roseville. Service was decent, food was good and the atmosphere left a little more to be desired. The presentation of each of the appetizers and entrees was excellent. My first time Sienna, I had to host a baby shower brunch party for 12 people and I have to say, our experience was nothing short of wonderful. Booking my reservation was easy as a quick phone call. I liked how upfront they were about the rules: a 2hour time limit and a 20% gratuity/service charge for large parties. On the day of the event, we were put in a beautiful private room with a fireplace and a whole back wall of wine bottles. It totally set the tone for our baby shower brunch. The guests we had gushed about the food and the ambiance. The service we received was also fantastic. Our server was on top of everything. Almost all of our guests ordered the bottomless mimosa and he kept all our glasses full, which we highly appreciated. My experience at Sienna was so great, it had me already planning the next event I want to throw here. This place has shot up my list as one of my top places to recommend. I recently held a private business event for 30 people. From the first inquiry until the final guest had left, everything was smooth and professional. The coordinator was responsive and attentive to detail. The atmosphere was upscale, warm and welcoming. The staff, both set-up and service, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and attentive without hovering. The menu choices were not just the usual suspects for a group dinner, and were very reasonably priced compared to similarly rated restaurants in the area. The courses were delivered at a comfortable pace and came out at the correct temperature. Each plate was beautifully presented and, by all accounts, the food was outstanding. I would highly recommend holding a private event at Sienna based on this experience.
