I don't know where these people got 4.1 stars from must have been friends and family their service stinks they have a rotten attitude towards and they stand there over top of us like as if we're going to steal something at the self-checkout I don't know if some of you people out there have noticed this and I've gotten into arguments with people about their behavior and the people that they have working at the register perhaps something should be done about this before other steps and measures are taken to boycott I don't know if these people mean to tell these people to watch over us as if we're going to steal something or what but that's their attitude and I've been watching them for the past year or so there's a Caucasian woman with red hair that stands at the self-checkouts and stands over you like she's some sort of prison Warden let me tell you something honey I own my house I don't have to steal I've been working all of my life 72 years old I don't have to steal anything I'm an army vet want to war two times and served my countryI find it to be very disrespectful for someone to carry on like this every time I get into line the self-checkout something seriously needs to be done about this because they're overstepping their boundaries I don't know if they're mental illness is getting in the way or what but these people need to be watched and scrutinized for their behavior towards minorities I've been in several altercations with these people and talk to the management and nothing came of it or people who were saying that their managers and maybe they were appointed me in the wrong direction just to get the heat off of the person that was committing this atrocity but people when you go into this supermarket and you happen to be a minority or a sort of a foreigner or whatever have you and you get into an altercation with make sure you file a grievance don't let them get away with the way that they're treating people that's the fine thanks that I get for shopping and patronizing this store that's a slap in the face 😈 you people have some nerve let me tell you you pick and choose who you want to be nice to and then you turn around when it's a person like myself that's the impression that I get when I'm in the store with you people and I'm not just exaggerating there's been confirmed incidents by my neighbor's who are also minorityyou people are working up to a lawsuit let me tell you if it keeps happening I'm going to get a lawyer and get an investigation done there's going to be an investigation and I'm going to sue ShopRite for all of this this day and age 2024 it's a sad situation that you still have to be bothered and dealing with this it's horrible I was a child and had to go through this and I'm in my elderly age and I'm still going through this this is ridiculous you people need to get your act together

I’m uploading camera footage onto social media of how rudely I was treated at the seafood department, today at 3:45 Est. I was ordering clams. I asked for middle neck the guy said they didn’t have any only the 3 dz bags. I wanted 2 dozens middle necks. I ordered the little neck clams for $6.99 a dozen. They were all $6.99 a dozen every size. I noticed he did have 2 middle neck clams. I asked him to include them into my 2dozen take two of the little necks out. He told me no he’s not giving me anything for free. I told him that was a very disrespectful thing to say to me. I didn’t come in to his store wanting anything for free. I also asked him not to treat me like I’m a welfare check just because I’m blk. My ancestors made the United States currency as powerful as it is off of free slave labor. Then a Blk guy decided to jump in my transaction with the seafood guy calling me a vulgar name, the B word, all, because he was having relations with a Caucasian woman that he was in the store with. The truth about slevery is the truth! I should have never been disrespected by the seafood department guy or that ignorant customer. I only went into the store to order some clams. I went to the front, ask their customer service if they had security, because I was verbally attack and disrespected at the seafood department. The store allowed the customer to continue verbally attacking me. Like it still was slavery, and he was an uncle Tom. One of the store managers took him around the store like he was a good pet. Knowing darn well, he was dead wrong. Beware if you are an African-American female going into that store alone. The treatment there is extremely savage. I actually used to like that store but now I’m exposing them for who they are. They don’t deserve not one star. Only on account of me writing this review wanting it post. I’m giving them one star when they don’t deserve anything. I regret ever spending my money in that place. What a nightmare!

These 6 boxes of beef are stale and smelly! After 40 minutes in Medford, the return has been processed. There are about 10 boxes in the Medford store, and only two boxes are good! Don't know what happened to you, stale beef will appear on your shelves! reply I'm not here to trouble you, I'm just reminding you that your batch of beef is bad, smelly and inedible, please do your own internal investigation based on the receipt I provided! I returned the goods through the nearest Medford store. In the Medford store, I found that the products they sold were the same as yours. They were bad and smelly. Please conduct an internal investigation based on my shopping receipt.

This Shop-Rite is a very large store. It is always well-stocked and clean. They have very good, fresh produce. With the price of food nowadays, I watch the sales closely. They have very good fish and I purchase it when it is on sale. Their pies are very good. This is a very busy store, but, I consider that to be good, as you are assured of getting fresh food. One great meal is a rotisserie chicken, when you don't feel like cooking. Their deli department is always well stocked with a lot of goodies. The store is always very neat and clean. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Below average grocery store. Man it needs an update. It’s like going back to the 80s. Parking lot always seems to be full. For some reasons it’s busy during a normal weekday at like 1pm. It’s popular among the elderly, I guess that’s why it’s busy? The overall layout of the store is horrible and makes no sense at all. There are items that are always sold out as well. I try to avoid this store as much as possible unless I really need a few items.

A great supermarket with good selection and prices. You can save even more with store card and app. The checkout lines are fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
