Explain to me how both my hot dogs, AND my fries were cold. Make it make sense. I thought fries were "made to order" Not to mention, the "Sheetz card recognition" was down. So I couldn't use my freebies, in turn not even being able to acquire points for this visit.

The quality of this location has taken a nosedive in a relatively short period of time. After multiple underwhelming visits, this has joined the ‘drive a little further to a nicer one’ list.

It's sad that even after calling to speak to a manager and her agreeing to make a remake the way my drink should've been made in the first place, that the annoying little girl up front on register (the one with the tacky black lipliner) STILL had an attitude and so desperately wanted to be right. Girl go do some training and learn your standards for drinks instead of fighting with customers when you're WRONG wrong.

I am a frequent customer and this was this early morning on September 9th, 2022, I ordered a steak burrito, after eating it I am now sick. I need corporate to reach out immediately. Sadly to say I will not be returning to this store. There has been a few occasions where my boyfriend will buy food from here and get sick. I work in food service myself and not once have I EVER made my customers sick. Update, spoke to a nice lady with customer service whom understood my situation and did what she could to help. I appreciate the good service as always. But sadly I will not be ordering food from this sheets again.

I had an order from the app earlier today, which was a MTO Burger with just ketchup and bag of fries. Went to pickup my order and as I was opening the wrapper to my burger, there was cheese on it, as if someone tried to add cheese and then took it off after realizing there wasn’t supposed to be cheese on it. Needless to say, only ate 1/2 of the burger because I’m not a cheese person. Bag of fries were good as normal.

Ran into a friend and they held the door for me and then the rude cashier would not let him buy his beer because I didn't have my ID(BUT I do not drink as I am pregnant) and was only walking with him saying hi and bye!! I felt so bad and tried to explain but she was rude. Although this is my closest Sheetz I try to and do go out of my way to avoid this one..

It is absolutely a friendly sheetz with a fantastic atmosphere. The atmosphere gives off a great vibe because the employees are pleasant, also the the customers are also friendly. I love the fact that you order food and get if quickly. You don't have to stand around and wait!! I usually always order their chili dogs on the pretzel roll and I must say they take pride and don't load on the chili so it makes the bun soggy which a lot of other Sheetz do. So if your going by this Sheetz I would highly recommend you stop and grab a bite if your hungry. You will not regret it in my opinion!!!
