Good sandwich at fair price. Quick service. Jay the waiter is superb! I watched him handle the place alone I including serving a large group of people. He bussed tables, hosted, cashier's and was on top of it all with efficient and kind service. He knew how to handle all that and still took particular care of elderly customers. He deserves a note of commendation. I haven't been in Shari's for more than a year nd was appalled at the condition! Booths torn up, lights out in some areas and dirty fixtures and windows. Your customers and staff deserve better! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Shari's pie are by far the best I have eaten. There a little slow sometimes and the temperature is a little cold for my liking. But hey I can't have everything right,the food is good and the waiters are fabulous. Nice place do dine. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered Uber delivery. Chicken fried steak & eggs. Eggs incredibly over cooked and rubbery. Chicken fried steak disgusting, some kind of mystery substance that had no resemblance of meat that tasted terrible. Artificial hash browns - how hard is it to cook a real potato? Unbelievable! Never go there! Super gross!!!!!the restaurant is less than a mile away & food was cold & congieled! YUCK, YUCK, YUCK! Food: 1

When we first went in the waitress told us to sit anywhere. There was less than 10 customers inside. We sat in a corner booth. The waitress then asked us to sit at a smaller table because it was just 2 of us... But the place was near empty... There were more dirty tables than clean ones so we had only one choice of booth tables. After a few minutes the waitress took our drink orders. I ordered a coffee and my girl ordered a soda. The coffee came with no cream or sugar and no offer of cream or sugar and the soda came in a small plastic cup. Both drinks were over 3 bucks. We then both ordered the country fried steak dinner that comes with 2 sides and a roll. The food took over half an hour and came with no dinner rolls. The waitress was not rude but was not nice and it felt like she was looking down on us. She also seemed very lazy. When we finished she was quick to bring us the check, which was over 38 dollars. We paid and left with no thank you or have a good evening. I plan to never return. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We come here as often as we can, as we live out of town… We enjoy having Julie as our waitress, she is always so funny and unique!! For Thanksgiving we went elsewhere, knowing your restaurant would be beyond packed and busy… We did an early Christmas supper at the same different restaurant, and again NOT IMPRESSED… SO…. Tonight (Christmas), we decided to come to Sheri’s at about 8pm. Your place was still very busy, which we didn’t mind… we expected it would be a bit of a wait. We waited 1 1/2 hrs for our meal, but it was sooo worth every minute of it !!! Every bit… the service was perfect, our drinks were brought correctly by a NEW host and she did excellently (5*’s and she rocked it), and tables were wiped down as soon as people got up.. The servers and cooks were doing their best they could due to having issues with fryers acting up. We were offered some rolls, while we waited which was wonderful and extra color crayons and sheets for 2 yr old who didn’t even get fussy so all and all it was an excellent evening!! Food showed up HOT, and exactly what we ordered… Food exceeded expectations and so did your staff… especially for Christmas (holiday)!!! Sheri’s… you REALLY outdid yourself in our eyes!! You ROCK!! Was late in the evening & completely empty. Regardless of the time of night or the weight of the day the waitress who helped me was very pleasant to interact with. Gave a very tasty suggestion for pie that finished off my night perfectly. I've been coming here since I was a kid. The service and speed were pretty good, no complaints there. The quality of the food was pretty low unfortunately. I'm a cook by trade and I'm from the South, so when I order a country fried steak for breakfast, I have certain expectations. The color, size and smell told me right off that the little steak pucks weren't made in house or even battered. The gravy was thinner than most drinks I've had in the past and had teeny tiny literal shavings of pork in it. I'm honestly not even sure it was sausage. Again, I'm a cook and Southern so maybe that gives me some unnecessary bias but it was just frankly a very disappointing plate for the price. I do not believe they will survive as a company too much longer. Obvious problems with employment and corporate. Came in there for pies, cheesecake and a cheeseburger. The 3 milkshakes were fine other than they were served in the mixing tin covered in syrup, strawberry and ice cream. I asked the server if we get glasses to pour them in and her response was corporate wants them served in the tin. Corporate should drink them out of the tin to see the problems with that. The least of the issues is the messiness. Pie crust and filling were old. Cheeseburger was horrible. It was literally served with an ice cold hard stale bun. After the 4th bite I pulled the bun off to investigate. Cook didn't even attempt to throw it on the grill. Pathetic waste of money. I should have just stopped when I overheard the table of 4 telling the manager how horrible their food was. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
