It has been a while since I visited Rosario's and I was pleased to find nit much had changed. The decor seemed brighter and the service was impeccable. Food was good portion for the money. Can’t believe it’s taken me so long to visit! We had an amazing server who answered all of our questions (we had a lot), the service in general was amazing with great bread service, and the food! The ravioli special was amazing, all the noodles were perfect. I seriously have not had better Italian food. My son's family took me here for my birthday. It's a small restaurant with plenty of service. The food was excellent and they brought us numerous baskets of garlic bread. I had one of the specials mushroom stuffed ravioli with Alfredo sauce. It was amazing! I don’t have to hunt for the filling and the sauce was a perfect consistency. So many places it’s too thick. My hubby had a calzone which was beautiful, perfectly golden brown very tasty as always. The service can’t be beat. Great little Italian place, this was my second visit. Everything iv had has been great from the lobster ravioli to the crust of the pizza. The trifecta and Audrey are great choices. Absolutely a must stop when in Medford. We were traveling through town and wanted something good before heading on. My husband asked for Italian and we looked for the best reviewed spot here - this place was a huge success. First off, it looks homey. And then you get inside to discover extremely kind and friendly staff. We were seated quickly on a Saturday evening, had drinks in hand as soon as possible, and placed our orders from the daily specials. This time we enjoyed a seafood Mac and some crab raviolis. Both were incredible. The complimentary garlic bread was a bonus. The best part - it’s a screaming deal. We both had a drink and a special plate and we were out the door for $60. My wife and i had the big wood pizza. When we first sat down the waiter came over with two glasses of water and garlic bread and said that he would be bringing fresh bread to us. The wood fired pizza was good but i am not sure if i would order the same thing again. But i was pleased with the quality of the food and and the service was fantastic. I would definitely try it out. Great service, very attentive. Food was great. Served quickly. I did get the salad with blue cheese and I found the dressing a little lack luster. Only compliant if there is one. Dessert was cheese cake, made in house and was great.

Had a late lunch and found this italian place. I don't like spaghetti with meatballs but ordered it anyways and i liked it!!! You get served with garlic bread for free and its good. This was lunch portion it was a lot for me. Price was good too. They just need to improve service a little better and cleaner bathroom. Other than that this place is good!
