Horrible. We are an African American couple that would normally love to enjoy this place. Lately, we’ve been told where we can’t sit by the lady in the front. Once the server meets us and we ask him or her can we sit somewhere else, they are perfectly fine with it. During our last visit, the waiter made a comment and stated that everyone in the kitchen was “high” which is why they continued to get our orders wrong. We will not be returning to this location. NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not impressed. 4 of us came here for dinner. The place was not busy, but the food took forever, meaning at least 40 or 50 minutes. Ricky was not attentive and got two things wrong on our order. The house crew (at least 4) was standing in the kitchen, talking, witch one of the gals holding a plate of food for a customer. We usually go the Red Ribin in Redding where they do a great job, and are way faster, and check on us with better frequency. This visit is another reminder why I rarely go to this restaurant. The food was very average. Definitely not worth the prices. And I have no idea how long or waiter had been working, but he didn't seem to have a specific section, he was all over the place, yet not really doing much. He wasn't very friendly either. More like he was just doing his job and wanted to get out. I get that, sometimes work just drains you and all you want to do is go home, but when part of your job requires you to interact with customers, as much as it sucks, you should put more effort into being friendly. This Red Robin has improved greatly over the last year and it’s a combination of management and servers!!! The last 3 times I have been here service and food have been pre covid kind of good!!! Servers all work together and cover for each other when needed, management is very involved and does not leave servers hanging when they are busy and they always seem willing to help out. Food is not sloppily put together but very presentable and hot. I went for well over a year not going to this location, but after trying it again and finding out they have definitely stepped up their game I go almost weekly now. Was not too impressed with the fish and chips. The chicken fingers my grand daughter had were hard. Grandson liked the Mac n cheese and son liked his Swiss burger but was not over impressed.
