Normally would do a five star but this time when my burger came the fries served was old and cold. They did make me some fresh hot ones after I told them. Server was great and very friendly, helpful and positive. All other food was great.

I really enjoyed the experience. Food was great. The server was good the manager wasn't so. We went out of our way when we left the restaurant and realized we were under charged. Went back in so they could get it right. The extra effort on our part was not met with what you would expect from that. Had dinner there on Valentines Day. The manager came around and handed out Valentine Card/Coupons. Emma was our server - very sweet and attentive. The food is ALWAYs Good. Wonderful experience, Lauren Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The restaurant was Dirty and nasty. No clean tables execpt for the ones guests were at. Rude and inexperienced surve staff. My food came out cold and the remake didn't come out until all of the others in my party had finished eating so I had to eat in front of people who just were talking and watching me. On top of that the surver kept disappearing and didnt refill any drinks. Manager seemed to not understand why we were upset. Over priced for the experienced. Will not be back. Amazing food and amazing service! We love the tavern burger and crispy chicken sandwich! You can beat the bottomless sides which includes fries or even mac and cheese and oranges for your little ones. The tower of onion rings and cookie monster shake are also our go tos. My food was ok nothing really stand out and our server was great. I do have a problem with the little payment kiosks they have on the tables. They also have games on them to play while you are waiting on your food I guess and my 5 year old granddaughter started messing with it before my husband noticed and took it away from her. Well when we got our bill there was a 3 dollar charge for entertainment on it, now granted the server got it taken off but there should be some kind of safeguard to keep this from accidentally happening. Stopped in for dinner before attending a concert at The Factory. It was DELICIOUS! All three of us got a different burger 🍔 all of which were FIRE! I had a blue ribbon burger it was outstanding my daughter had the turkey burger really good as well. The restaurants was very clean we were there around 7:30 at night. We had one soda two burgers an order of sweet potato fries my daughter drank water and it cost $30 dollars. Our waitress was outstanding she was very attentive. One of the only things I noticed they were a bit slow on cleaning the empty tables. I recommend this location I would eat here again

It's a standard location that's just what you would expect. It's in a decent area and the staff is ok. It's not bad for what it is, and not the worst one I've seen. There's not much more to say. Everything is typical. The food is what you should get at any of them. It can get very busy at lunch time during the week, and evenings and weekends. They do a decent job of keeping the wait down.
