attended a 60th bday on Nov 11,2023 for M. Abelardo . the food served was cold and chicken was not well cooked! and no plates was served for the snacks , herbs devours .

We planned a wedding for Nov 11 of 2023.. we put a $500 deposit. We tried to contact Emily numerous times. To see if we can taste some foods they offer.. never tried any food.. We have sent emails. We did receive an email saying that the owner was at the hospital and Emily can't make executive decisions like returning the deposit 4 months away from our wedding. Social skills are great. But business wise Not very Good. Thankfully we have found another venue That did offer food tasting. All im saying is if you offer food try to have at least something available to taste. Imagine having horrible food at a wedding thinking everything is ok .

My sister had her wedding here on September 16,2023. The decoration was beautiful and the bartenders working that night were wonderful. The service we got from the wedding corridnator Emily was ok. To start off we paid for 215 guest to get served, but by the time it was table eights turn to get served our guest had to wait 10 minutes because there wasn't enough made, on top of that they didn't have enough food and were scraping the sides of the pans. We paid $21.50 a plate, 20 people didn't even show and we where already running out of food, that's not right. What happened to the rest? A few of my guest were racially profiled, we are a Mexican family and one of our tios has a heavy accent he was trying to ask one of the servers a question and she was being so rude but when my mom talked to her, her voice changed completely. Another issue is that we paid a pretty penny for the champagne toast. Apparently they had an issue with staffing and Emily was the only one working so it took over 2 hours to get our champagne out so by the time all the guest recieved it, the bride and grooms champagne was warm. With the lack of staffing caused a lot of issues. We have been contacting Emily but my sister is getting no response back. We waited over a month to hear from Emily or the owner but no phone text or email.
