Really nice ramen place . Service and ambience was good. They have a good options in appetiser and mains. Menu option is clearly labelled with what broth is used . Good options for vegetarians too. Watever Ramen we had was quite comforting and delicious loaded with flavour and veggies . Perfect warm place in winter evening to have a cozy dinner. Excellent place. Service was fast and attentive, and the servers were very responsive. The ambiance is great, it's a small place that plays popular Japanese music as background; which ranged from city pop to screamo metal but I enjoyed it. The food was excellent! I got Yakisoba with chicken and an appetizer of croquettes. It was piping hot and tasted phenomenal. Will definitely be returning. Authentic Ramen shop!!! Hosts were so welcoming, the restaurant was very clean. The vegetable goyza was very good. My spicy ramen was probably the best in the DFW that I have tried, so far. The servers were friendly but could also be considered over bearing. Also the prices go crazy (2 ramens + 1 appetizer+ tip = $50) The hakata ramen was pretty good I enjoyed. However I did not enjoy the spicy mazemen. It was too sweet and not really spicy. They were generous with the meat, but it overpowered the entire dish. The geso karaage (fried squid) was also decent and the mayo they use has a really good flavor. I went ramen hakata with my wife few days ago and I had good experience. The quality of the food was good, and my wife really love it. server are so kind, and Brian, the manager, was really kind and made our dining experience even more enjoyable!. if you want to experience the highest quality of food, I really recommend coming to this restaurant and trying food here. A nice little neighborhood ramen place. I enjoyed the appetizers more than the ramen actually, but I have very high standards when it comes to ramen. So, give it a try yourself and be the judge of it. The boss lady is super nice and sweet. Knowing that we are visiting and this is our first time there, she sent two complimentary sparkling water to our table which is totally unnecessary. She also packed our left over drink- wrapped the Suki bottle in paper and securely tied the plastic bag. The waiters are polite, always exchanged with both hands which is the manner we appreciate. Good ramen. We felt pressured to order quickly as our server kept coming back every 1 min & asking. It was our first time so we wanted to look at the menu. We had questions that he couldn't clearly answer. I wanted to swap the broth for vegetarian or chicken & he had a hard time understanding. Quick service tho. Food must be ready made type. Food came out 5 min after we ordered but steaming hot. So we appreciate that. One lady server was so annoying and keep hovering us asking if everything was good for At least 5 - 7 times during my stay of 45 mins. Cannot stand her attitude, super hyper. Ramen was good.
