New tea shop has a soft opening right now (30% off promo) in the quiet stripmall near Walnut HS. They have a spacious interior and large tables. They even have anime figures on display in the back for sale (in the future!) The service is friendly, the drinks are decent, and they are generous with toppings. I quite like their sago drinks.
