Very clean, quiet store with friendly people. Good vibes, just the kind of place you want to be when you're shopping for food. You don't need any distractions when you're trying to decide what to buy. It's hard enough to stay healthy these days with all of junk food we have available to us. We need quiet to Be able to think and make the right decision. This is the kind of place you need to be. I would highly recommend this door.

This store is normally very clean and well stocked. The deli can be super busy around lunch time as the sub sandwhiches are great. You can also spend some time waiting on rotisseri chicken but again because its great stuff. Kinda priced above the norm on many items but BOGO items are normally a good deal

Only had one deli worker so it took about 1/2 hour to get order. Old Florida tortilla chips were out of stock but employee was nice enough to look at nearby stores for inventory.

Second time here, nice store extremely clean Lots of selections throughout the store!! Cashiers are very respectful, friendly and extremely helpful!!! Publix is what other grocery places should be awesome job PUBLIX👏👏👏👏

Was just back in Florida for Christmas, and this (new to me) Publix fulfilled years of cravings & expectations… esp the (VEGAN turkey!!) Pub sub, sugar cookies, and sweet tea 🤤

I love this Publix location. It feels like a cozy neighborhood grocery store except it's a fairly good size. I find the service to be amazing both at the bakery as well as the sandwich place and really any other place as well. The customer service department was excellent the one time I needed help and the cashiers and baggers are always amazing and super friendly. I really enjoy showing at this grocery store and I would say it's probably my favorite grocery store to shop in the Lake Placid or Sebring area.

I went here for a couple of ultimate subs. Excellent as always. The woman who helped and made was fast, courtesy, friendly, and had movie star good looks! I'll be back for another "everything" hold the pickles and mustard soon. Publix rocks.

I'm partial to Publix. Store is clean, aisles are wide and staff is friendly. I love using Publix app for shopping. It's easy and is sorted by aisle number. The loss of one star is because sale items are limited. Once the shelf is empty, they don't restock it.

I had never been to a Publix Super Market before last night. When I went into the grocery store, I was really impressed with the cleanliness and wide selection of products. The prices were very fair and although I have limited dietary guidelines as it relates to food, Publix Super Market had multiple options for me to choose from and I appreciated that during my visit. Their staff was also friendly including the check out clerk.

It's hurricane season again. So we had already stocked up on cases of water. This is our first season in our new home. And my husband and I are retired grocery people. On this visit came to pick up some produce and meat. My husband was curious as to how much water they ordered. A assistant was rather rude about how the cases were handed out. We politely point out we only wanted to see how many pallets they ordered. She then turned her back to us and continued talking to another employee. We usually have no problems with the staff. And we also took into consideration that is it a stressful time. But as we continued thru the store we found the stock person was also rude. No smile, no may I help you. Our confidence in this store has been weakened greatly. The prices are slightly higher then other stores but we are willing to over look this, if the staff was polite. 5 years later- Have updated this review as there has been a positive improvement in staffing. Would gladly recommend this store now.
