Found bones in my pizza. Called them and they basically thought I was lying. They said something along the lines of we use boneless chicken. Swallowed a smaller one I thought was probably a piece of pepper until I found a bigger sharper one when I bit into it. I’ll see if I find anymore and report back Food: 2 Service: 2

This location saved our night (from the Middlesboro location). They knew we were coming in from a bad customer service experience and were hungry. They took care of us in a timely manner and we had a great experience with great food. The waitress was very sweet and accommodating.

ordered door dash. it was a 6inch pepperoni pizza and when i called pizza hut to se rabat was going on they put me on hold. i called again and they hung up. it’s been an hour and still haven’t gotten my food 😊 6INCH PIZZA

They just stand around in a group and yak instead of waiting on you. Pizza was too expensive tasted aweful salad was brown and disgusting told employees they did nothing.

Picked up the Box, and other than price(which is out of their hands) it was quick and ready service, and made the night for the family.

Ordered a simple pizza and had them deliver it. They were almost 50 minutes late getting it to my house, which is right down the street. My house is not hard to find and the numbers are blown up on the house. Refused to honor their 30 minutes late free policy or do any sort of accommodation at all. I was told I was being transferred to the manager 3 times to discuss accommodations, the last time after I waited on hold they just hung up. When I called back they said their manager actually wasn’t there (in the middle of the day). Therefore, I had been lied to about already being transferred to the manager or the manager did not want to do their job and played hookie. I was never rude to them on the phone so their rudeness directed towards a customer because of their own mistake says a lot about their customer service. May be in touch with corporate for their poor behavior.

My food was ready when I got there. It was fresh and delivered to my car quickly. The young man who brought it out was kind. The overall experience was great.

The dining area was the cleanest I have ever seen for an old-style Pizza Hut. Our waiter Trey was hilarious and even did a great job up selling us on a current deal (good because I now have an entire leftover pizza for lunch that cost me only $1 extra)! The salad bar was nice and cold, and it still looked fresh even though it was near closing time when we were there. The food came out timely, yet the cook still apologized for it taking a while. All in all, we enjoyed our time, and look forward to taking this gorgeous route through the mountains again, making this a stop.

One rude waitress for the whole place at lunchtime, who screwed up my order then complained loudly to other customers that she was doing her best and that I gave her "lip"? Your best ain't good enough. I'll never go back.
