Update four years later I don't know what happened, although I suspect inflation and the lack of skilled workers, but the quality went way down hill. Crispy chicken fried rice was not crispy. It was not cut up chicken like before. The chicken pieces were uniform ovals and the (not) crispy skin was loose and flabby. Most importantly, there was no flavor. The fried rice was not a mound of fluffy egg fried rice, it was mushy. I could not eat it. As seen in my original review, that was my favorite dish and now I will not order from them anymore. Especially when I paid over $100 for just three people. Very good food. I especially like the fried rice and fried chicken. The crab fried rice is very good, as well, as is the ginger chicken. I usually get quite a bit of fried rice with the chicken, but this time, it was about half as much, otherwise it would have been a 5. This is a "go to" place. Update: What ever the problem was, it was fixed! 5 stars is for real. They consistently outdo almost every other restaurant in town.
