They are always out of prime rib every time I have visited for the special.
If you're going to have a special, try cooking more of it, especially if you're already out when we arrive at 5 pm.
I'm disappointed for the 3rd time.
There was only one waitress for the entire restaurant and every table was full. I felt sorry for her, but I have to say that because of this, the service was terrible.
Salad bar was out of many items, kept waiting for someone to fill it, it never happened!

Nice small town restaurant, I just missed the lunch rush so there weren’t many people in the restaurant. Ordered the rib sandwich and it was good, nothing special similar to the mc-rib meat is what comes to mind. The sides are actually what we’re really good! The broccoli salad was fresh and crisp, then the home made curly fries must have been cut when I ordered them because they were fresh as well! If I’m back in the area I’ll definitely make another stop.
Last was told if you go in for the lunch hour it can be slow if you’re in a rush, but it did look like they do carry outs.

Pigtail Charlie's is a great place to eat! The food is home cooked and very delicious. I would recommend Pigtail Charlie's. A great atmosphere to bring your family.

Arrived shortly after 12pm and only 1 booth occupied. It is in a very rural farm town that we happened upon due to a road detour.
We sat by a window that was quite dirty and littered with dead flies.
Waitress was pleasant.
Nice variety on menu. One of my party of 3 ordered a burger with mac salad, the other chicken tenders with a side salad and I ordered the fish sandwich with waffle fries.
The burger had good flavor tho a bit overcooked and the mac salad was too sweet. The tenders were dry and the side salad was iceberg. My fish sandwich was nicely done, generous size, moist, crispy and hot, the waffle fries not so much. No ketchup on the table and waitress was busy dealing with newly arrived lunch crowd.
Stop if you're hungry and order the fish sandwich.

Awful busy. Was in a time crunch and shouldn't have tried there. Waitress did a very good job. Ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a cup of soup. Over a half hour before I got it but again, they were busy. Burger had nothing on it. Asked for everything but lettuce. Didn't get fries. I suppose the waitress may have misunderstood and subbed the soup for my fries. It's a nice place, I have been there before and liked it. Just not a place to go if time is an issue.
Fantastic dining experience. Had a wonderful visit on Valentine's Day with my wife and kids. Service was prompt and the food was excellent. Will be back soon.
The food is delicious and the service is excellent. I have the same worker almost every time and she never fails to make sure my table is tended to. We always have drinks and the food is served pretty quickly. Overall a good place to eat and hangout.
