Ever since the owner changed, the food has gone down hill. No more beef stew and the orange chicken and general Tsaos chicken were bland and tasted like they came from a bag. Pholicious is a very consistent and dependable Vietnamese restaurant specializing in, as the name suggests, Pho. Their rice vermicelli salads and appetizers are just as good though!. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. Service is always friendly and prompt. In terms of atmosphere, the place looks well organized and super clean including the restrooms. Prices have gone up but not irrationally, like in so many other full service restaurants in LA County. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! Can you say "Kobe Beef"? Are you a carnivore? The meat quality here is excellent. If you are vegetarian you will not be disappointed. The purple basil is quite large, bean sprouts super fresh and crunchy. Hot pepper slices....yes please. Egg rolls? Get some!!! I have been eating pho since early 90's... This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST pho ever. Tasteless broth and Grey brown meat. Take the time to travel 5 blocks to Pho Houng Long. Euclid and Warner.
