WE SHOULD HAVE GOT UP AND RAN FOR THE EXITS !!! We waited almost 20 minutes for service, which turned out to be horrible. Our orders were all wrong, and all the food was bland and unseasoned. Throughout our whole meal that's all they did was apologize and give us a bunch of excuses. In the end, they adjusted our bill accordingly, but I will never return to this Pepe's (In Woodridge IL) because it is absolutely disgusting. TAKE MY ADVICE... The Woodridge Pepe's has a shockingly abusive policy of massively upcharging for takeout. There are different menus with wildly different prices! An order quoted at $15 worth of food was run up in their takeout system for over $50! Food is good, but not good enough to tolerate nonsense like that. Nothing special! It’s not good but not bad it’s okay. Prices are good but good is nothing to look forward too. I gave this guy lace one try and don’t feel like I really want to give it a second try due to having better food at other Mexican restaurants. Service was ok also not outstanding or welcoming but not rude. I am used to servers being extra welcoming making you feel happy to eat there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My wife and I went there with another couple. The food was terrific, atmosphere was great and the service was wonderful. The only problem we had was they wouldn't let my wife use a simple coupon. Their reasoning didn't make much sense. I think we would go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Seriously do not EVER eat here. 10.00 upcharge because "Our menu prices have changed". They didn't tell me the price just presented me with a receipt. I was polite and signed it.
