Papermill has been a staple for weekend breakfast for our family for over a decade. Their food is always delicious, service is great even when they're full with a line out the door. My husband and I have been going to breakfast for a lot of years at this restaurant. We’re treated like family. I also own two businesses, and I know the most important thing is if you have a problem, they take care of it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Darin, all of his great managers. Chairs are small, and tables are typically sticky and dirty. We have to clean it ourselves when we go. However, this is the best homemade breakfast food in the area that we've found. In fact we've been many times and I haven't had a bad meal there at all. The ladies working the tables are nice enough too. The chairs are reminded of a old fashioned diner both chairs. It's not really comfortable, but it's good enough for a quick meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hadn't been in a while, so my husband and I decided to stop in for breakfast. They always had the best food. Not this time. Chipped beef gravy looked and tasted like pan gravy. It was very bland. My husband said the sausage gravy was "ok, not the best." The home fries are now frozen and deep fried, not homemade. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will return. The food is decent, but the managers are awful. I went in today around lunchtime and the way the one manager talked to her employee today was just awful. The employee was just asking a simple question while at the counter and the manager just said no and dismissed her like she was nothing. I feel sorry for the employee because this isn’t the first time that I have seen this happen. They have so much favoritism go on in that place and most of the waitresses are very nice and sweet to you, it’s very displeasing and sad. And then while I was eating on another day the managers were just going off on everyone and anyone in the kitchen whether it be the cooks or employees. Another thing, I was eating in the dining room in the corner one day and the managers are just talking horrible about one of the employees and whatnot. And it’s like I don’t need to hear any of that I was just there to eat and have a good time with my family. And then they turn around and basically bully their employees. Definitely don’t recommend, but like I said the food is decent, depends on who’s making it and what you get. This place needs to get new management, it’s horrible. It's a very busy place! I don't like very busy places and their space/layout. I thought the Classic Steak and Cheese wrap was good....I would recommend it if you like Steak and Cheese, wrap is great version verses a bulky bun. If you're really hungry get Extra or Double Meat.
