Order 2 Paninis. French dip and steak w goat cheese. I wouldn't call it a panini since it was barely pressed. The flavor of the ingredients were ok but would call this a hot sandwich instead. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3

I go to Panini Bistro all the time for their AMAZING Salads! That’s why I’m rating this place 5 stars. Their salads are by far the best in the area! My 2 favorites are the Pear & Goat Cheese and the Beet Salad. The candied walnuts that are in the salad are delicious! The salads are always fresh and so delicious. They don’t skimp on any of the ingredients. The salads come with fresh bread that’s amazing! I also tried their mushroom and Swiss burger that was very good! The brioche bun for the burger melted in my mouth. The eggplant and mozzarella panini I though was good, but I wouldn’t order that particular panini again. It tasted a little plain for my taste. I think their fries ok and could be better. Overall, I love Panini Bistro for their amazing bread and salads. I look forward to try more of their Paninis. I highly recommend Panini Bistro in Matawan!
