All used to be great. I had the sips club. you could go in every two hours and get a large string. They now have changed it to where you have to order your drink and they make it for you. The coffee bar is a life saver. They gave a monthly pass so you can get coffee every 2 hours. Their bread is delicious and the sandwhiches are great, overpriced but tasty. The soup is not worth if tho unless they have a deal going. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always love Panera, and a great, fresh choice for picky teenagers and the whole family! Some people have written poor reviews for their prices, but I fed our 4 person household for $50 today and both kids have leftovers for later....not too shabby with today's inflation and crazy prices. Also a big shout out to their catering! At my old job I would order from them all the time for luncheons/events/etc, and they never disappointed. Tho I'm a fan of a conventional breakfast - Bacon, Eggs, Toast & Grits or Spuds - this was a great trade off - a place that was quiet enough to sit and chat. No dishes clanging - No loud music. I don't like the self order system I would prefer a human was available to answer food related questions. First time there would have liked to know more before ordering Luke warm soup on a cold day. Small portions too expensive, only tried it because I had a gift card the could do better than my experience for sure. My order got canceled by the computer and a human still had to help me. Went for take-out, ordered inside. Two rolls were missing and there was maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad on the 1/2 sandwich, and I’m not exaggerating! Nothing like it was pictured. The cookie was way too salty. Very disappointing for spending $33.16. This is my fave Penera Bread located in the valley, way out - Sullivan exit, next to the freeway but you can drive over short distance to the valley mall & Walmart; I wish there were more locations...I have to drive out to the valley just to visit here b/c the one on Division is so not my cup of tea. I hope that location improves there. It's so not Penera Bread to suck. I have been to many other Penera Breads in other states and for the most part they are very relaxing. Penera here does a perfect job on my plain bagel, which I enjoy double toasted w/cream cheese on the side. The coffee is always awesome, taste good, and it does the job. I rate Thomas Hammer first - Penera Bread second - Starbucks never again. Penera Bread has the raw sugar...options in creamers is a plus, for serious! The employees are so neat and polite. I really like coming here b/c there are times when I don't have to see clients so this is also one of my favorite pass times...it's comforting to visit a place, know that you spent good money and it be worth it during a time-out. This location is roomy. THE BAD: The tables are always dirty. I feel real foolish wiping my own table when I expect good service but the tables and clean seats don't seem to be included...sigh😭! I ordered the pepperoni with mozzarella. It was the worst. 12 small slices of pepperoni and a little cheese, this was mostly all bread. I brought my concerns to, Ari, who quickly apologized and I asked if I could have something else and he was eager to make things right! I asked him what was a good choice and he responded with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I just want to add that he went above an beyond to make things right! Outstanding customer service skills!
