Person at the register, friendly enough. But, she made me feel very rushed. There was one person behind me on line who hadn't decided what they wanted to get yet either. She made me feel as if I was holding up a very long line. She actually startled me when she told me to move out of the way for the next person online. I guess it could have been a better experience. Sunday 6pm at Panera and you have to eat your food out of plastic containers and paper bags because presumably it’s too late to feed you . What it is is laziness. So they don’t have to do the dishes. $45 for lettuce cold French onion soup and 3 slivers of steak on a sandwich and then they expect you to eat it take out style. No one addresses you when you enter cause they’re too busy putting everything away so they can run home the second the clock strikes closing time. You expect me to create my own order pay for it and then eat it like a bag lady. Far be it from me to inconvenience you further. We won’t be back! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you want a great Panera Bread experience, then this is a great place to go! As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home! Though the music did not match the atmosphere, there were still a lot of places to sit. The sandwich I got was nothing short of delectable, and the charged lemonade was also very flavorful. The food took around 15-20 minutes to come out, but it may have been worth the wait! My husband and I eat here very often. The staff has always been great, helpful, and courteous. The bakery items have always been fresh and very good. I must say that the sandwiches have been better than they used to be. Consistantly more chicken than in the past. I also like that you can customize and swap and add things to your sandwich without a charge. Im always changing my cheese, spread, and adding tomatoes and green. Coffee is great. My only issue is why all the Panera cafés stop brewing light roast and decaf after 2, and keep out the dark roast and hazelnut. I'm also not a fan of Pepsi products. The lady with the slightly red dyed hair and tattoo on her right hand was very rude to my fiance and I. In addition to this, there was a piece of what I believe to be brown wax paper in my bread bowl mac and cheese. Had to pull it out of my mouth cause I did not see it. Was about half an inch wide and 3 inches long. Not a pleasant experience. Really upset with the way that lady spoke to my fiance though, totally unacceptable.
