Beyond disappointed this is about the third time dislocation has messed up my order, but this is by far the worst. I ordered a southwest chicken sandwich and didn’t receive any chicken on it. Their services is very inconsistent and takes forever. I would not mind paying for food that tasted up to my standards but the fact I paid nine dollars for bread and cheese with no chicken is absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this location at all cost, it is a disaster. The staff is clearly doing their best, but it's yet another example of a company that refuses to staff appropriately, and hasn't figured out how to utilize mobile ordering and delivery without screwing over everyone else.
