Went here with my wife on a Saturday night. Waitress basically only talked with my wife, wouldn’t really acknowledge that I was there. By the end of the night it was noticeable that she was doing it. Service sucks and food could be better.

I personally don't like trying new foods but oh my goodness! Everything was amazing, the lettuce wraps were my favorite. Everyone working was kind and doing their jobs and my server, Alexia, was amazing. She was everywhere and beyond helpful with picking out what I should try on the menu. I will definitely be coming back, thank you so much!

save your money go to McDonald's you'll have much better service. only customers in the whole restaurant we're literally standing at the front door for like 10 minutes before someone acknowledges us that was a great start I should have known right there that I should have left. complete and utter downfall. who forgets someone's drink for 15 minutes then brings out appetizers at the end of your meal before your dessert. are you kidding me I know everyone short staffed but please a little bit of training goes a long way. our waitress completely ignored us, pitch dark, music blasting the floors were completely dirty and thank god my table was clean was the only plus. food was okay but everything else was not worth it bye!!!

P.F. Chang's delivers pretty solid Chinese fare in a setting that's a little more appropriate for a date than the typical Chinese place in the area.
Get the dumplings for sure because they are delectable. The service was great, but there was just a little waiting involved. Expect to pay a bit more for the atmosphere and the cleanliness, too. Located immediately adjacent to the Fox River Mall.

This is only the second time I've ever been to a P.F. Chang's...and, based on how amazing the food and service was this evening, I've definitely been missing out. Our party of four had a number of appetizers including the Egg Drop Soup, Pan Fried Pork Dumplings and also the Crispy Green Beans, all of which were so good that I wouldn't have felt cheated if that's all I'd had for dinner. However, I'm glad it wasn't because my meal, the Crispy Honey Chicken with Fried Rice was literally Heaven-on-Earth. The chicken was firm and yet not tough with an exterior coating that was just a bit crispy / crunchy without being overly so. Aside from the wonderful food, our waitress, Stephanie, was very engaging, polite, pleasant and helpful without being suffocating or over-the-top. I seriously can't think of a dinner get-together that my wife and I have enjoyed more in the last few months...and the meal and the service were two of the main reasons for that. Thank you *VERY* much, P.F. Chang's in general and Stephanie in particular, for the wonderful food and the amazing service we enjoyed this evening !! 👏😁
