I enjoyed the class immensely and learned so much! I would definitely recommend this class to anyone wanting to learn how to make sourdough bread and live healthier lives! The bread is absolutely delicious. If you don’t take the class buy the bread!

I am new to buying sourdough, and I met them out at the Buffalo gap Christmas market where I also purchased some homemade treats for my puppy, which he absolutely loved. I picked up my sourdough bread today along with rolls and sourdough donuts. Let me tell you those donuts were amazing! I am very excited to be able to have a good healthy bread for my family on Christmas. I was also able to pick up some skin care products that smell amazing and I cannot wait to use them and give them as gifts!

It’s incredibly evident the moment you meet Ronica that she is an incredibly thoughtful woman. Her love for life and guiding others shines through as she carefully walks you through each step in the sourdough process…
I’ll be honest, I was a little weary of spending 8 hours dedicated to making bread.
I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere that Ronica and Tonya created that somehow made the time fly by! With Ronica’s endless health and wellness knowledge and desire to teach and Tonyas cheerful and loving spirit. These woman make you feel like a part of a collective movement aiming toward a greater sense of wellbeing rather than just someone following steps in a class.
Not to mention, the bread is delicious!
The Onic Brands dedication to purity, quality and authenticity is refreshing and admirable. You can feel their genuine desire and passion to help make the world a better place.
I would 100% recommend anyone wanting to learn a new skill or experience a sense of womanhood to join her class.

Absolutely loved the sourdough class my niece & I attended. Very fun and informative. Ronica is an intelligent lady, full of nutritional information that would be very beneficial for anyone to hear.
