Stopped in for dinner they sat us in an area with no A/C it was extremely hot and humid. We ask if we could be seated in the area that the a/c was operating but the manager closed that area due to not having staff for that area. Holy cow seriously how about closing the area with no A/C and open the area with A/C then take that same staff and utilize them there. I know this can be extremely hard to compute as the manager obviously needs training. After 10-12 min of sweating we decided to leave the staff was using the menu’s as fans to keep themselves cool. What’s wrong with this picture. Everyone looked miserable due to the unbearable conditions. What a joke you really think that’s ok. Well it’s not ok shame on you and staff. Horrible experience in that sweatbox which you guys call Olive Garden. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I sat by the bar, and it was soo hot i wanted to leave, they told me AC hasnt work in 2 weeks. And this is a world class restaurant, far from it, management should be fired at this site. I normally don’t like to review big franchises restaurants but I have to say the food más great, didn’t wait for the food as long as it normally is and the waiter was excellent. Ordered a lemon drop (new drink) and they don’t tell you that the drink is about 3 ounces in total. Have had this drink at other restaurants but had never been disappointed. $7, not worth it. Would have spent more and received a proper drink (glass size) News update: I didn’t drink the lemon drop and at least they took it off the bill. Service was great!! Our waitress Valeria was so curtious and helpful!! Food was served hot and delicious!! Great for family or friends dinning in or a romantic date night!! Totally recommended!

First thing first you are going to be hit with the smell of cheese everywhere, after a while you get used to it. The bread is complementary and it has good taste. Of course the pasta taste excellent but some of the tables have awkward sitting areas were you can see the person sitting right next to you. But other than that the wine is good./ Second visit: The smell of cheese is still there but you get use to it. This time we order 2 Steak Gorgonzola and the boy order Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara and as always they tasted amazing. Everybody should check them out. Desert we order Limon cup with white chocolate and chocolate cup with caramel.
