Food was good, but the service was slow. They made up for it though once we told them that we had been waiting an hour. The manager didn't charge us for the apps and was very kind and understanding.

Olive Garden is an inexpensive Italian restaurant. The food is, well, good, but not exceptional. Service was good, although we did wait for our order longer than what we expected. I have not been here for five years, and I expect it will be a while before I return. I loved Olive Garden when they first opened but everything has changed. It has gotten too commercialized. The food taste quality has gone down with the prices have gone up so I’ve avoided it for quite a while then we got a gift card and try it out the Vernon Hills location again and it was awful. Absolutely awful. So it’s my father‘s birthday and he loves Olive Garden so we took him to Olive Garden and Brandi was amazing. She was on top of everything and very pleasant. I ordered the cheese ravioli and it was actually pretty good. I had the salad and that’s the only thing that continually stays Fine.
