Absolutely trash! Sends trash food out via delivery services. I ordered a MEDIUM steak via a food delivery service & this is what they sent. No butter, no silverware & no condiments. First time here and it didn't disappoint, the chicken harvest soup was awesome and the louisiana steak was great smothered in onions and mushrooms covered in gravy, my wife had ribs and sirloin. The worst o'charleys there is. Waited 10 minutes to get greeted at the table, and it took another 10 minutes to get a beer. The food was painful bland. The service was terrible - the place was not even slightly busy. No music was playing.. what is this place? And if coorpate is replying to this review to contact them with more info- just don't even try. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Just look at the picture of my coworkers' fish and chips.. Our server was the best thing about them! Plus what we were there celebrating, my sisters graduation! The food was okay, my salad was the best thing at our table. My family ordered the pasta and was not satisfied. There were no flavors, and they used spaghetti noodles instead of pasta noodles. The rolls were also the only best thing, they use the same recipe for those. We haven't been in a while and wanted to try them out again, but this won't happen again. We had family visiting from out of town. We liked the options on the menu that are offered, and had good experiences with the food. This was our first time dining in the restaurant, we had ordered delivery before and enjoyed it. The service was bad. It was not busy and yet our server was nowhere in sight. She had other servers doing her job, and she was rude on top of it all. Food was great. I know it's hard to staff places, but it's harder to get customers back. So we've eaten here several times. I took my mom and kids here tonight for mother's day dinner. They only had 2 servers and a 45 min wait. When we were seated our server Yasmine was fantastic. She was speedy, polite, nice, she tended to our needs without pestering us. For them to be short staffed she did exceptional. Only complaint was my son's steak was overcooked and tough to cut and chew. Majority of my food was old and/or overcooked something. I could only eat the ribs and my daughter could only eat her chicken tenders. The macaroni was overcooked with no cheese on it, the salad was old, and the baked potatoes were old, overcooked or both and they smelled bad. I would like a refund for the inedible food. We had never been here. Stopped in for lunch after visiting HomeDepot. We were greeted and shown to a table by a very nice person. Our server was named Miles and he was so sweet and polite and helpful. My husband ordered a pineapple tangerine margarita which was delicious! I got a regular one which was also good. I ordered chicken tenders. They were just ok. My husband got a seafood platter of some sort. It was fine, just nothing to write home about. Started at Chili's next door. Got ignored, so I came here. Good choice. Service was excellent, April was very excellent, food was pretty good. And my only complaints are really just my preference, not the quality or anything like that. Tried the new pork chop. Perfectly seasoned. Good fried pickles, excellent sweet tea, chicken tenders are tender. Cheesecake was great.
